Night Vision Pipe Works

A quick drive to the lot after work last night showed a pile of pipes and a pile of red aggregate. So the draining laying is commencing.

Further down the back a deep hole had been dug where the easement is, to connect what I assume to be the sewerage downpipe. Lucky I didnt fall in the hole in all my nice work clothes!

So hope to see a lot of progress since this last visit when I go this weekend and better quality pictures with daylight! Heres to no more rain in Melbourne as Im sure the rain today wouldnt have helped the construction cause.

  1. Hi Brendon

I just found your blog after reading your comment on ChateauLisa. We're also building the Regent 23 in Pt Cook. Our land will title next week so fingers crossed for an August start. We'll be watching your progress with great interest.

    What facade did you select?

You can find our blog at www.projectregent.com

    Cheers

  2. Hi Michael,

Great to hear from you. I selected the Barwon fascade. What fascade did you go with? Which estate are you building in?

Theres another 2 Regent23s being built in my release, one 2 doors down from me already at framing stage and my friends who are only a block away at the same stage as me.

Will be great to see how your builds comes along as well!

    Cheers,
    Brendon

We went with the Ormond Facade. We'll probably be about a month behind you. We're building in Stage 19a. there are a couple of Regents near you. I think we went past your block on Saturday - based on your photos..

We're looking forward to watching your progress.

    Michael.
