A quick drive to the lot after work last night showed a pile of pipes and a pile of red aggregate. So the draining laying is commencing.
Further down the back a deep hole had been dug where the easement is, to connect what I assume to be the sewerage downpipe. Lucky I didnt fall in the hole in all my nice work clothes!
So hope to see a lot of progress since this last visit when I go this weekend and better quality pictures with daylight! Heres to no more rain in Melbourne as Im sure the rain today wouldnt have helped the construction cause.

Theres another 2 Regent23s being built in my release, one 2 doors down from me already at framing stage and my friends who are only a block away at the same stage as me.
Will be great to see how your builds comes along as well!

ReplyDeleteWe went with the Ormond Facade. We'll probably be about a month behind you. We're building in Stage 19a. there are a couple of Regents near you. I think we went past your block on Saturday - based on your photos..
